Team Tactics: Reloaded

Ascension Day, or as we like to dub it A-sand-sion Day, is coming back around on Thursday May 14th. This practically spells out day in the sand, so we feel forced to host yet another tournament.

This time around we are switching up the format slightly, to one that we have not hosted in a while: Mixed teams (1 woman + 1 man)

How does this format work?

• For the mixed teams tournament you sign up with a partner and you will be playing together for the entire day
• You will be playing two poules, one before and one after the break

How to find a partner

We recognize that it might be difficult to find a partner, so for everyone struggling to find someone we have some tips:

• Ask around during training- There is almost always someone else who also wants to play
• Ask someone who you played with during Free Play
• Ask someone directly if you know them already - This typically works best for seasoned ABCers
• Ask in the Reserve for Tournament or ABC - Looking for players groups in the WhatsApp community.
